My item says it was sent, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
If you haven't received your order yet, please ensure you have completed the following steps;
1. Check 'My Orders' to see when the item was shipped
2. If the item was shipped within the last 7 days, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
3. If the item was shipped more than 10 days ago, please check your tracking information here, to see what the status of your order is.
4. If the tracking shows as delivered but this hasn't arrived, please contact our Customer Care team who can investigate this further for you.
