I think my subscription is missing a coin, what should I do?

If you think you are missing a coin from your collection please follow the following steps;

To check what coins you should have had you can do the following;

  • Log in online to 'My Account'
  • Click 'Subscriptions'
  • You can then view 'Purchase History' this will then show all items that have been paid for and the status of these items within the subscription.

If you haven't received one of these items, please check when this was sent. If you have allowed 7 - 10 days for your order to arrive and it still isnt there, please let our Customer Care team know and they will be happy to discuss further.
