Can I change my payment date?
To ensure that you are able to collect, we like to be as flexible as possible when it comes to subscriptions. If you need to change your payment date for any reason, simply follow the below Step by Step guide.
- Click 'My Account'
- Click 'Subscriptions'
- Select the subscription you would like to amend.
Here you can amend the 'next order' date as well as the 'Order frequency'.
Please note that if you have multiple subscriptions, these will need to be amended individually.
